Maison is an AI-powered hotel concierge platform. When a hotel connects a messaging channel (Instagram, Facebook Messenger, or WhatsApp) to Maison, we store the channel connection credentials issued by Meta (encrypted at rest), channel identifiers, and the messages exchanged between guests and the hotel's AI concierge so the service can operate. This page explains how to disconnect a channel and how to request deletion of that data.
Hotel administrators can disconnect any channel at any time from the Maison admin panel: open Channels, find the connected channel, and choose Disconnect. Disconnecting immediately stops all access and deletes the stored access credentials for that channel. You can also revoke Maison's access from your Meta Business settings (Business integrations), which has the same effect.
To request deletion of all data Maison holds for your business or for you personally (including message history from Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp conversations), email privacy@maison.cx with:
We verify each request and complete deletion within 30 days, then confirm by reply.
If you messaged a hotel through Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp and want your conversation data deleted, you can ask the hotel directly or email privacy@maison.cx with the account you messaged from and the hotel's name.
See the Maison privacy policy for details on what we collect and how it is used.
